We’ve just got time to remind you that our sale continues for just a few more days and once these shoes are gone, they will never return *wipes tear away*
But there is a sparkly new shiny silver lining in the form of our brand new collection that launches very soon. Some gorgeous new designs that we can’t help but squeal with delight over and we hope you do too.
So for now, treat yourself to a little Rachel Simpson bargain from some of these beauties and then make room in your wardrobe for a brand new pair from the brand new collection!
We have exciting news!
After being inundated by hundreds of requests from brides and stockists, we are delighted to announce that one of our favourite designs is back and better than ever.
Hettie is our classic Mary Jane shoe in ivory suede with silver panels and is finished with delicate handmade trims in diamante and pearl. And what’s more, not only is Hettie available again as part of our brand new 2012 collection in ivory, you can now buy her in Navy too, simply gorgeous!
We were asked by the lovely Charlotte of Rock My Wedding to lend her some shoes for a photo shoot recently.
If you hurry, Sabine is in our sale until the end of May and then she’ll be gone – so don’t delay – if you want to ‘Rock your wedding’ you can buy online today!
We’ll be tending to the shoe needs of brides to be that have registered to come along and we’ll be rubbing shoulders with the fabulous Yarwood-White Jewellery and Nicki MacFarlane Bridesmaids. There will also be great advice and tips on wedding day beauty from Alexis Daly and nail demos and beauty from West One Beauty.
Spaces are limited but there is still time to register your interest and come and spend the evening with yours truly – simply call 0207 224 7414 for more details.
Come and see us from 6-9pm – we can’t wait to meet you!
Open the pages of most fashion magazines this week and there will be highlights of the A-list hot frocks from the recent red carpet Met Ball in memory of and in tribute to the late Alexander McQueen.
While we were very interested in the celebs choice of shoes, we also loved this page we pulled from Look Magazine with some of the delciously vintage inspired hair-dos – add a touch of the silver screen glamour to the occasion don’t they!
We’re in love! Not only have we found a new stately home to swoon and get all ‘Downton Abbey’ over (the stunning Hagley Hall in Worcestershire) but we think these pictures of our shoes, that have been sent to us from our friends James Crockford Photography are truly gorgeous!
James asked us to lend him some shoes, namely Marilyn and Carmen, for his bridal shoot this week and we were more than happy to, just a shame we weren’t able to take them in person and lose ourselves in the grandeur and romance of it all!
A lot of inspiration for our shoe designs comes from the 20s and 30s. Here at Rachel Simpson Shoes we take essences of these bygone eras and mix them with contemporary trends to create simply beautiful shoes for brides to be.
Our gorgeous firey-haired friend Kelly from Boho Weddings and Events told us about a 20s inspired photo shoot she was planning so we agreed to send her some shoes for what looks like an incredible day’s photography.
We caught up with Kelly afterwards and asked her why this particular era ticked all her boxes…”The idea originally was to just do a few promotional shots but as we talked more it came apparent that we saw the potential to do more than that and so it turned into a full on photo shoot. I’ve always loved that era, the styling and the dresses were just so stunning back then, so we thought it was the perfect idea for us to use this decade to create some stunning photography.”
Kelly wears Hettie, currently in our Sale!
