What sizes do you do?

All shoes are available in sizes 36-43 (UK 3-9), with a select number is size 35 (UK 2). For size conversion please see the table below- obviously this is only a guide and we’re always happy to exchange sizes if necessary:

How is heel height measured?

We measure our shoes straight up the back of the heel, from bottom to top where the shoe meets the heel as shown below:

Are the shoes dyeable?

Whilst some colours may be possible, we cannot guarantee that our shoes can be dyed. However we are more than happy to provide a fabric swatch for testing- please contact us for more information.

Where are the shoes made?

Our shoes are designed in the UK and beautifully manufactured in Spain. We work very closely with our family run factory to ensure the highest quality and a comfortable fit. Every shoe is cut, stitched and constructed by hand by experienced craftsmen (and women!) using highly specialized machines for the more structural processes such as attaching heels and soles.

What are they made from?

We use only high grade leathers and beautiful satins. All styles are fully leather lined with leather soles for maximum comfort.

When will my shoes be delivered & what is the delivery cost?

The collection is in stock (unless otherwise stated) and is dispatched within 5 working days of your order. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is just £4.95 and takes between 1-3 working days via courier. We are happy to deliver overseas via courier– this takes approximately 5 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery country. Prices are as follows:

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to offer a full refund within 28 days of delivery (14 days for sale goods), providing shoes are returned in their original condition with no marks or blemishes. We recommend trying shoes on in a carpeted area to avoid marking the soles. The cost of return postage and loss of any items returned to us is your responsibility and we therefore recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
